What do you want to see in this blog?

I'm curious as to what you, the readers, find useful in this blog. Could you email me at dianne@kendiacorp.com and let me know? Or you can post a comment to this blog as an anonymous reader. If I'm going to keep blogging, I'd like to know that what I'm blogging about provides some value to people. Thanks.

  1. Well, I need to express my attention for your blog.. it provides me with an experienced view to the market, which helps me as a beginner
And I suggest you give us a little help to improve our way of trading.. like some technical points if possible
Thank you, and wish you the best

  2. In my opinion, beginners who cannot code programs for back-testing, themselves, might hope how to back-test with a pen, paper and a calculator that is sold $10 or $20.

  3. Backtesting is highly over-rated as it doesn't tell you much about conditions in the market at the time. I have a database in which I dump data over the years and I have coded various trading strategies into it. What I've learned is that you'll see a string of successes with various methods but then it will often stop working. The reason this is true is that the market changes and the method no longer works well. The successful trader will stay in touch with the market and not try to apply one method consistently.
